Subject: Submitting of 2025 annual end of year return forms
Introduction:
On 6 January 2026, I wrote to each of you enclosing the appropriate end of year return forms for completion. I requested that these be returned to head office by no later than Monday 9 February 2026.
I am grateful to those branches who have already submitted them but would like to gently remind those who have not yet done so, to try their very best to get them in on time and soon after their branch annual general meeting.
While I am communicating with you, the general secretary has requested that I invite you to submit a branch annual report for the year of 2025, for inclusion in the overall annual report. Here again, we are requesting this be submitted by Monday 9 February 2026 if possible.
